At Under One Roof, your termite inspection is carried out personally by me, Alastair, a licensed QBCC inspector with over 30 years’ experience in construction, plus years working hands-on as a pest technician.

What I Inspect

All termite inspections are carried out in accordance with Australian Standard AS 4349.3.

Your inspection includes assessment of:

  • Interior areas where accessible

  • Exterior of the building and surrounding structures

  • Subfloor and roof voids (where accessible)

  • Fences, decks, pergolas, and other timber elements

  • Evidence of live termites or previous activity

  • Signs of timber pest damage or fungal decay

  • Conditions that increase termite risk (moisture, timber contact, drainage issues)

Where required, I use thermal imaging and moisture detection equipment to assist in identifying concealed termite activity.
