Building Inspection Covers:

  • Roof exterior and roof space (where accessible)

  • Walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and windows

  • Subfloor and foundations (where accessible)

  • Wet areas including bathrooms, laundries, and kitchens

  • Garages, carports, decks, stairs, fences, and retaining walls

  • Visible signs of movement, cracking, moisture ingress, or poor workmanship

Pest Inspection Covers:

  • Evidence of active termites

  • Signs of past termite or timber pest damage

  • Other timber pests (borers, fungal decay where visible)

  • Conducive conditions that increase termite risk

  • Practical prevention advice

Where required, I also use thermal imaging and moisture detection to help identify issues that aren’t visible to the naked eye.
