What I Inspect
All inspections are carried out in accordance with Australian Standard AS 4349.1.
Your building inspection includes a detailed assessment of:

Walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and windows

Subfloor and foundations (where accessible)

Wet areas including bathrooms, laundries, and kitchens

Garages, carports, decks, stairs, fences, and retaining walls

Visible signs of movement, cracking, moisture ingress, or poor workmanship
Where required, I also use moisture meters and thermal imaging to help identify hidden issues.
