At Under One Roof, general building repairs are handled personally by me, Alastair.
With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, I bring hands-on knowledge of how homes are built, how they age, and how to repair them correctly so issues don’t return.

If I recommend a repair, it’s because it’s necessary, not because it’s profitable.

What I Repair

I carry out general building repairs commonly required in residential properties, including:
